I didn’t set out to start a business—it found me. After being made redundant during maternity leave, I took what felt like the only option at the time and turned it into the best option. What started as necessity became a passion for helping business owners and CEOs achieve more—without burnout, stress, or constant firefighting.
At Strive 4, I work with ambitious leaders who have big goals but no clear way to execute them. The vision is there, but without structure, strategy, and accountability, it’s easy for those goals to stall. That’s where I come in. I help businesses build the systems, plans, and habits that make growth achievable, sustainable, and consistent.

Who I Am - Beyond the Business
I’m a lifelong learner, problem solver, and lover of structure—but that doesn’t mean I take myself too seriously. My clients know me as the quirky, strategic, innuendo-loving problem solver who’s always got their back.
Outside of Strive 4, you’ll usually find me:
- With my nose in a book—avid reader and puzzle solver, sudoku and logic problems are my jam.
- Getting crafty—I love anything creative.
- Walking the dog—or let’s be honest, petting every dog and cat I meet.
- Catching up with friends over coffee or wine—especially if there’s a furry friend involved.
- Walking on fire (literally!)—I’ve done it three times, proving that mindset and momentum can get you anywhere.
- Giving back to my community—currently serving as a school governor, supporting education and future leaders.
With a young family, a growing business, and a dog who demands daily adventures, I know how important it is to balance ambition with real life. That’s why I help my clients build businesses that grow sustainably—so success doesn’t come at the cost of everything else.
